Jill is in her eighth year at Schall Executive Search and has more than 17 years of search experience with both boutique and multi-national firms. She was recently named the Practice Leader for the firm's Not-for-Profit and Higher Education group. Jill's twenty years of personal community involvement has sparked in her a passion for non-profit work, which, combined with her diligence and strong networking abilities, is the cornerstone of her success in executive search. She has also completed leadership searches in the functional areas of finance, marketing, sales, human resources, and manufacturing. Prior to her executive recruiting career, Jill spent seven years in labor relations and human resources management positions with LTV Steel and Schlumberger, Ltd. Jill earned a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. Jill currently serves on the boards of Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity, the Community Action Partnership of Ramsey & Washington Counties and The Schubert Club. She is a former board member of the Minnesota Museum of American Art, Landmark Center, the Summit Hill Association and former parent co-chair of the Saint Paul Academy & Summit School's Annual Fund. She is also a cellist in the St. Paul Civic Symphony in St. Paul. Jill and her husband Frank live in the Crocus Hill neighborhood of St. Paul. They have three grown children attending colleges in Boston, Los Angeles and Chicago.
